Description

Geoff Neupert – The Giant Training Program

I’ve “known” John Grahill has been with us for nearly a decade.

He has been with me for so long and has purchased many of my beta products.-tested others, including Kettlebell STRONG!, Kettlebell RMF, and Kettlebell EXPRESS! (twice).

Here’s an email exchange that he and I had recently:

He was doing it. “Double Giant” The doubles version of the single kettlebell program is called, “The Giant.”

John – can be trained for 30 minutes each day, three days a week, and only takes 3 weeks.

  • Dropped 4.5 pounds…
  • Jeans with a 35 inch waist that are “slightly uncomfortable” Now “spot on” – He proved that stomach fat was a part of his weight loss, which is the most dangerous type and the one that causes heart disease.
  • This was your opinion? Without “significantly altering his diet”…
  • His arms are “more vascular” This means that he is seeing more detail in them…
  • He added almost two additional ladders to his conditioning.

John also spoke another word.

John emailed me after Day1, Week 4. He was able to improve his reps from 55 in one session to 72 in one session… in only 4 weeks.

This is a 24% rise in the total amount of work!

John experienced a 24% increase of his strength in other words. Only 4 Weeks!

Oh, and I forgot to mention –

John is a “high mileage” Person who is in his midlife.-50’s!

This is closer to kettlebell training’s original promise, wouldn’t you agree?

“Watch in amazement as high-rep kettlebells let you hack the fat off your meat — without the dishonor of aerobics and dieting…”

Quite honestly though, John didn’t use reps that were that high.

He used “moderate” reps and my specialized programming.

This is not all.

How does John continue to set the example?
Non-Stop promoting PR

John just sent me an email (we stay in touch multiple times per semaine) with the latest update.

Check out –

John founded THE GIANT in 1897. He has increased the size of his full kettlebells from a pair 32kg to a set of 36kg..

This is what it means He continues to grow stronger month after month.

This is not all. His heart rate is lower

He’s improving his heart health. reducing his risk of developing cardiovascular disease

… Every man over 40 must be aware of this.

Every week, almost every month…

Each week, he sets personal strength records. While becoming more muscular

And he’s still there –

Staying Lean Without Dieting.

John isn’t the only one seeing these kinds of results…

No, not by a long shot.

Others guys

Many more than 35… More than 40… And even more 50…

They are excited because they finally get to experience the original promises of kettlebell training back in 2000/2001…

Promises like –

“Watch in amazement as high-rep kettlebells let you hack the fat off your meat — without the dishonor of aerobics and dieting…”

“Go ape on your enemies — with gorilla shoulders and tree-swinging traps…”

(I must admit, those were the ones that pushed me over the edge and compelled me to buy my first kettlebell set in 2002.
